Overview: The Brand Communication Manager at the House of Anita Dongre for Global Desi will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the brand's identity and voice across multiple channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand communications, a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across all platforms. Content Creation and Management: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and marketing campaigns. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, fashion editors, and influencers to secure consistent and positive coverage for the brand. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to manage and promote brand events, and other promotional activities. Social Media Oversight: Manage the brand’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to inform communication strategies and identify new opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business goals. Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to protect and uphold the brand’s reputation. On-Camera Presence (Preferred): Should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera for brand storytelling, and social media content. While not a mandatory requirement, having prior experience or ease in creator-style or spokesperson-led content will be considered an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in brand communications, preferably within the fashion or luxury industry. Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market dynamics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English & Hindi Proven experience in managing media relations and crafting compelling brand stories. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative communication strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
