- Recruit, onboard, and develop a talented team of SDRs, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to SDRs, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

- Pipeline Generation & Sales Process Optimization - Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to consistently fill the sales pipeline with qualified prospects.

- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to optimize the sales development process for maximum efficiency.

- Oversee and monitor SDR activities to ensure adherence to best practices and effective lead qualification.

- Strategic Planning & Performance Management: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute strategic sales development plans aligned with overall business objectives.

- Set clear performance goals for your team and individual SDRs, tracking progress and providing regular feedback.

- Implement performance management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous development within the team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-2 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
