Majority of our customers are renowned Fortune 500 organizations.Title : Senior SAP Datasphere Consultant Skills: S/4HANA CDS Views , Native HANA & Datasphere Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Indore Total Exp: 05-12 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joining , FTE onlyPosition Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Technical Consultant with comprehensive expertise in S/4HANA CDS Views, Native HANA development, and SAP Datasphere to lead enterprise-wide analytics and data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of progressive SAP experience with a proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions and leading cross-functional teams in modern data architecture implementations.Core Responsibilities Technical Development & Implementation Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and end-users to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable, enterprise-grade technical solutions Design, develop, and implement sophisticated technical solutions across S/4HANA, Native HANA, and SAP Datasphere platforms Oversee migration strategies from legacy systems (including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ARIBA, and other enterprise applications) while maintaining seamless data synchronization Lead technical workshops with business users to gather requirements and architect comprehensive SAP enterprise solutionsSAP Datasphere & Advanced Data Integration Develop and maintain complex ETL routines and oversee advanced data integration using SAP Datasphere, Databricks, and related cloud technologies Implement comprehensive data provisioning solutions using SAP HANA tools including SLT, SDA, SDI, and modern cloud connectors Design and implement data replication and loading strategies from diverse data sources with focus on real-time and batch processing Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with enterprise data quality standards Create and manage data spaces, data flows, and analytical datasets within SAP Datasphere environmentS/4HANA CDS Views Development Design and develop sophisticated ABAP CDS (Core Data Services) views and entities with complex associations, hierarchies, and calculations Implement comprehensive data models using ABAP CDS views for operational reporting, embedded analytics, and real-time insights Create and enhance customer-specific CDS views and analytical queries to meet unique business requirements Optimize existing CDS views for improved performance, scalability, and advanced data modeling efficiency Develop solutions using SAP BTP/BAS and S/4HANA Private Cloud/On-premise environments with cloud-first approach Integrate CDS views with Fiori applications, SAP Datasphere, and external analytics platformsNative HANA Development & Performance Optimization Design and develop Native HANA solutions (HANA 1.0 and HANA 2.0 XSA) with deep expertise in Calculation Views, Attribute Views, and Analytic Views Create complex SQL script solutions, stored procedures, and mixed modeling scenarios for high-performance analytics Implement advanced BWoH and BW4/HANA modeling using LSA++ methodology, Advanced DSOs, Composite Providers, and ODP extractors Perform comprehensive optimization and troubleshooting of Calculation Views and SQL queries using advanced performance tuning techniques Handle ABAP to HANA SQL conversions, AMDP script implementations, and modern data processing approaches Manage HANA security models, transport management, and lifecycle management of enterprise HANA solutionsSAP Functional Knowledge Good understanding of core S/4HANA/ECC modules including SD, MM, FI/CO, HR, WM, PP, and supply chain processes Knowledge of master data management and data governance frameworksEducation and Experience: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a University degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in IT, and strong independent, team-oriented, and accountable work ethic. 6-12 years of SAP development, focusing on S/4HANA, Native HANA, and cloud analytics Expertise in SAP Datasphere with at least 1 full-cycle implementation Strong technical leadership and enterprise project delivery 1-2 years in SAP Datasphere developmentThis role is ideal for a seasoned SAP professional who is passionate about leveraging the latest SAP cloud and on-premise technologies to deliver innovative, enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions while building and leading high-performing technical teams.Application Process Qualified candidates should submit: Detailed resume highlighting project experience Cover letter describing relevant technical achievements Portfolio of completed data analytics projects (if available) Professional references from previous SAP implementationsWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
