Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsResponsibilities : Act as the First point of contact for unresolved Level 1 queries. Liaise with Dev teams and other technical teams, as necessary, for resolution. Communicate effectively with users regarding issue status and solutions. Creating and managing Bugs in case any issues / defects found in the LIVE incidents. Co-ordination with UAT and Business stakeholders for User acceptance testing.
