Job Role :

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in the Payments industry, strong analytics capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation in the payments space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including authorization, fraud management, and the 4-party payment model. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing insights, optimizing processes, and guiding strategic decisions for our clients in the fintech and payments Responsibilities : & Insights :

- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

- Apply SQL for querying, data extraction, and optimization to provide deep analytical insights.

- Leverage Python to develop scripts and automate processes to enhance data workflows.

- Create interactive, meaningful, and data-driven visualizations and dashboards using Tableau to communicate insights to Domain Expertise :

- Provide expert advice on various aspects of payments, including but not limited to, the 4-party model, authorization processes, fraud management, and 3D Secure (3DS).

- Analyze trends in the payments industry, such as fraud detection, chargebacks, and regulatory impacts.

- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that improve payment processes, security, and & Client Engagement :

- Serve as a trusted advisor for payments-related projects and initiatives for both internal teams and clients.

- Conduct research to identify industry trends, potential risks, and opportunities for clients in the payments space.

- Lead client workshops, present findings, and provide recommendations on improving payments systems, fraud prevention, and security protocols.

- Develop and deliver presentations that highlight key findings, trends, and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Lead and manage analytics-driven projects within the payments domain, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

- Work cross-functionally with product teams, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Take ownership of multiple projects, from data collection and analysis to presenting findings and developing actionable plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


Analytics :

- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis, optimization, and querying complex datasets.

- Strong working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, and model development.

- Intermediate experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard Expertise :

- In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, including the 4-party model, authorization processes, fraud management, and 3DS.

- Knowledge of payment processing, card networks, digital payments, and emerging trends in & Communication :

- Strong consulting background, preferably in the fintech or payments sector, with a focus on delivering analytics-driven insights and strategies.

- Ability to work directly with clients, understand their needs, and translate those into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills to present complex analytical findings in an understandable and actionable Qualifications :

- Background in analytics consulting, fintech, or payments teams with eCommerce companies.

- MBA from Tier 1 colleges or B-Tech from Tier 1/2 colleges is highly preferred.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a mix of hybrid working arrangements.
