Job responsibility


The role is to ensure organization's core business information (customers, products, employees, etc.) is accurate, consistent, and readily available across all systems and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing an MDM strategy aligned with organizational goals and future needs, with a clear roadmap for short and long-term initiatives.
  • Establishing and enforcing data ownership, stewardship, and data quality standards, creating a robust MDM governance framework.
  • Defining and maintaining a consistent data model for all master data entities, eliminating duplications and inconsistencies.
  • Working with IT to integrate master data across all systems and applications, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
  • Overseeing the entire data lifecycle, from creation to archiving, establishing data retention policies to manage information effectively.
  • Collaborating with business units and data stewards to understand their needs.
  • Implementing monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of MDM processes, generating and analyzing reports on data quality, compliance, and usage.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards, implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating MDM processes based on evolving business needs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and data management optimization.
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation of MDM processes, policies, and standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible to evolving data landscape and organizational needs.
  • Ability to interpret data and trends and remain up to date on the latest data management trends and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Qualification: Engineer + Data Scientist


Overall Work Experience: 7 years with relevant experience in the functional domain
