- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies.- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to design and implement data-driven solutions.- Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, visualizing product flows, and identifying edge cases to solve critical business challenges.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Visualize and deeply understand customer pain points, product flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive solutions.- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to drive product improvements and solve data-related challenges.- Analyze data to inform product decisions, develop roadmaps, and deliver features that enhance user experience.- Define key product metrics, track performance, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.- Foster a strong understanding of user needs and market trends to shape product vision and strategy.Qualifications and Skills Required:Education: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a product-based company.- Proven experience working as a Product Manager (PM) or Associate Product Manager.- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel (both are must-haves).- Experience using Google Analytics to track and measure product performance.- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and end-to-end product development.- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.- Ability to visualize and address customer pain points and develop intuitive product flows.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in operations and supply chain.- Demonstrated ability to think critically, visualize edge cases, and resolve complex product challenges through data insights (ref:iimjobs.com)
