Job Description:

As the End-to-End Shop Manager, you will be the driving force behind our online shop's success, overseeing everything from content creation to influencer collaboration and social media management. This is a unique chance to shape our brand's presence and engage with a vibrant community of women.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging content that showcases our products and resonates with our audience.
  • Develop creative and impactful content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic posting.

Social Media Management:

  • Execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a community of empowerment and support.
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports on engagement and growth metrics.

Collaboration & Partnerships:

  • Identify and establish collaborations with influencers, brands, and partners that align with our brand values.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive brand growth by creating ads with a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 month experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer collaboration for an e-commerce brand.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and eager to create engaging assets for social media.
  • Skilled at managing influencers and creating assets that drive sales.
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and document results effectively.
  • Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
