HIRING FOR A LEADING BANK 

Hiring: Collection Officer – Mortgages
Location- Udaipur (Rajasthan)
CTC: Upto 3.5 LPA
Exp: Minimum 2 yrs in collection/recovery . 

 

Key Responsibilities- 

  • Conduct field visits for follow-up on delinquent mortgage customers

  • Persuade and negotiate with customers to ensure repayment of overdue EMIs

  • Skip tracing and address verification for unreachable accounts

  • Coordinate with collection agencies and legal teams for escalations

  • Ensure daily reporting and update of recovery status in internal systems

  • Adhere to compliance, code of conduct, and RBI collection guidelines

  • Build rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and pressure handling
     

    MUST HAVE:

  • Graduate (any stream); knowledge of local geography is a must

  • 2-3 years of field collection experience in mortgages/secured loans

  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
