Job Summary
Assistant Dispatch will be responsible for handling Dispatches of material, follow up with the
transporters and ensuring timely Delivery of all consignments. He will also be required to send
emails to Customers on the Dispatch details. He will be also involved in supervising the Packing of
materials. He will also be responsible for Making Weekly MIS reports.
Responsibilities

 Negotiate with Logistics Providers.
 Arranging for drawing of materials from Stores for Dispatch as per Packing List.
 Arranging the packing of materials.
 Arranging the dispatch from factory.
 Coordinating with the Transporter for Material Delivery.
 Discuss Internally with the Stores Department for availability and drawing of materials.
 Preparing MIS reports on Weekly basis.
 Visiting Transporters/Logistics/Couriers Companies on need bases.
