About the Role

As an HR Officer, you will support the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. This is an opportunity to build careers, foster culture, and support SCG’s commitment to people-first growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding programs.
  • Support employee engagement, CSR activities, and internal communications.
  • Organize training and track development plans.
  • Handle HR records, contracts, and HRIS updates.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of HR experience; new graduates with strong potential are welcome.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a people-first mindset.
