Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to handle sales and business development for uPVC Profiles. The role involves managing channel partners, dealers, and fabricators while ensuring business growth and market expansion in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fabricators.Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach for uPVC & Aluminium profiles.Conduct product presentations and training sessions for channel partners.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, dispatch, and after-sales support.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.Requirements:Experience: 4–8 years in uPVC profiles / building materials / construction industry.Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling abilities.Location Flexibility: Should be open to travel within assigned territory.Industry Preference: uPVC profiles, hardware fittings, aluminium systems, or building materials.Perks and Benefits:Attractive salary + incentives.Travel and communication allowances.Growth opportunities within the organization.Interested candidates can share their resume at:📩 hr@prakom.in📞 +91 91001 07841
