About the Job :

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PLM Teamcenter Developer to join our dynamic team in Noida. As a PLM Teamcenter Developer, you will be a key contributor to the development, customization, and maintenance of our Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will play a critical role in enhancing our product development processes, improving collaboration, and ensuring data integrity. Key Responsibilities :

- Teamcenter Customization and Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex customizations and extensions within the Teamcenter PLM platform using various programming languages and tools (e.g., Java, C++, Teamcenter API, ITK, SOA).

- Teamcenter Configuration and Administration : Configure and maintain Teamcenter modules, workflows, data models, access controls, and security settings, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to best practices.

- Integration with Enterprise Systems : Architect and develop robust integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CAD, MES, and other business applications.

- Requirements Gathering and Solution Design : Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical specifications and innovative solution designs.

- Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks within the Teamcenter platform, ensuring system stability and optimal user experience.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

- Documentation and Best Practices : Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, code documentation, and best practices for Teamcenter development and administration.

- Project Management and Collaboration : Manage development projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with project stakeholders, including product development, engineering, and IT teams.

- Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Stay at the forefront of the latest Teamcenter features, releases, and industry trends, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to our PLM platform.

Technical Skills Required :

- Expertise in Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform : Deep understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and functionalities.

- Advanced Teamcenter customization and development skills : Mastery of Java, C++, and Teamcenter API (e.g., ITK, SOA, REST).

- Proven experience in Teamcenter configuration and administration.

- Strong experience in integrating Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, CAD tools).

- In-depth knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Skills :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively.

- Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace.

- Familiarity with other PLM systems (a plus).
