We’re seeking a dynamic and experiencedTechno-Functional Oracle EPM Cloud / Hyperion Consultantwith a strong background in both implementation and client-facing roles. The ideal candidate will have2–3 end-to-end implementations, the ability toconfigure and build EPM modules, and actively contribute tosolution delivery and pre-salesefforts across regions.Key Responsibilities: Lead or supportend-to-end implementationof Oracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion applications. Configure, develop, and customizeEPM modulesincluding but not limited to Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close. Perform business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle EPM best practices. Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and automation using EPM Integration Agent or Data Management tools. Work directly with clients todeliver solutions, provide support, and ensure successful adoption. Assist inpre-sales activities– RFP responses, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal creation. Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.Required Skills & Experience: 8-14 yearsof experience working withOracle EPM Cloud and/or Hyperion Suite. Hands-on experience with2–3 full-cycle implementations. Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Experience configuring and customizing modules likePlanning, FCCS, EPBCS, or PBCS. Technical skills inSmart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and Business Rules. Solid understanding offinancial consolidation, chart of accounts, and GL integrations. Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
