Position: Accounts Manager Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Shift: Night Shift / Semi-Shift (aligning with US Timings) Experience: 6–12 years in Accounting, Payroll & Compliance ( US Accounting exposure required)Required Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of US Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Direct & Indirect Taxes. • Expert-level payroll knowledge across industries & states in India. • Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Advanced Excel. • Exposure to Transfer Pricing, US Payroll, and US GAAP basics. • Ability to handle multi-entity, multi-currency operations. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with US & India teams. • Willingness to work in night / semi-night shifts. ______________ Qualifications • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CPA (Preferred but not mandatory) • 7–12 years of progressive experience covering US Accounting, Payroll Compliance, and US Accounting. • Prior experience in multi-industry payroll & statutory compliance is mandatorInterested can share your resume at giri@vitelglobal.com
