We deliver world-class services and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle PPM Consultant to join our team.


Job Summary :


We're looking for a Senior Oracle PPM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM and a strong understanding of business processes in project-based industries.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Cloud PPM modules.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for project costing, project billing, and project-related processes.


- Configure, customize, and optimize Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including :


1. Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Assets).


2. Project Execution Management.


3. Grants Management (if applicable).


4. Resource Management.


- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide troubleshooting for production issues.


- Provide post-implementation support and drive ongoing system enhancements.


- Prepare detailed functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.


- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain Management (SCM) and IT, to ensure seamless integrations.


- Lead client workshops and provide strategic consulting to align Oracle PPM functionality with business objectives.


- Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates, new features, and quarterly patches.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud PPM.


- Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM implementation and support.


- In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Project Costing, Project Billing, Capital Projects, and Project Contracts.


- Proven experience with integrations between Oracle Cloud PPM and other Oracle Cloud modules like SCM.


- Proficiency in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and custom reporting.


- Expertise in Oracle BI Publisher for developing custom reports and templates.


- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building integrations.


- Strong understanding of project-based revenue recognition standards.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical documentation skills.


- Oracle Cloud certification is a significant advantage.
