We are looking to hire a Java Software Technical Architect with advanced technical and managerial skills to architect multi-tech platforms, and products leveraging cloud infrastructure and oversee programs with the desired quality.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can translate complex requirements into functional architecture.

To ensure success in this role, you should have hands-on experience and knowledge of architectural principals, programming concepts, system designs, micro-services, cloud infrastructure, databases, and advanced problem-solving skills that include troubleshooting with the team, and the ability to functionally understand the product to recommend the right technical design & architecture.


What you will be doing :


- Perform the design, development, and support of existing and new products.


- Has exposure to driving/developing applications that require full-stack involvement


- Design, Develop, or drive the development of Proofs-of-concept applications & modules that help define the product roadmap


- Architect & design system components & communication protocols between sub-systems


- Drive design principles to deliver industry-benchmarked performance


- Provide technical guidance for software design and development activities


- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, business & operations to identify bottlenecks and remove them.


- Maintain functional & non-functional roadmap and help the engineering in prioritization


- Review code and design for complex modules and functionalities


- Create & drive standards and best practices applicable to multiple streams and technologies within the product.


Skills you need to succeed in this role :


- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.


- Min 12+ years of relevant experience in building systems using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Node, Angular, GoLang, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.


- Should have exposure to designing/scaling scalable CI/CD systems.


- Exposure to Architecting systems leveraging cloud and micro-services.


- Work exposure in developing web architecture, design, and development recommendations, and optimizing existing infrastructure.


- Capable of performing server configuration/deployment infrastructure.


- Understanding of strategic IT solutions.


- Experience in working on multiple initiatives, with complex and challenging software requirements.


- Ability to provide various testing approaches and solutions to meet product quality.


- Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new processes.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


- Working experience in Agile project methodologies using feature branches in a continuous deployment environment would be an added advantage.
