Product Manager

Job Responsibilities :
- Own the product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to define the product vision and roadmap for features and products aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with design, engineering and business teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-facing value.
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to translate customer needs into clear, actionable solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on data, impact, and stakeholder input.
- Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Track product metrics and iterate based on insights.
- Serve as the bridge between business, technology, and customer-ensuring alignment across all teams.
Job Requirements :
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B & B2C SaaS platforms with at least 2+ years in a Senior software delivery Role.
- Proven track record and success in launching the SmartWheels product.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e., JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Develop release notes, and other documents needed to manage product baseline versions.
- Work closely with other leads, development, and QA teams to answer questions, validate feature development, and perform internal UAT.
- Review and approve all product development artifacts.
Educational Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- MBA or master's degree is a plus.
- Applicants with other advanced certificates in relevant areas will be preferred
