Own theend-to-end exports lifecycle– from lead generation, client negotiations, and compliance to shipment execution. Build strong relationships with international distributors, brokers, and clients – becoming their go-to partner. Strategize and execute growth plans to expand presence in global markets and achieve sales targets. Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and planning teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery of shipments. Keep a pulse on international FMCG market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Represent the company in international trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and heritage. Ensure adherence to global trade and regulatory requirements. Be proactive in addressing customer needs, solving challenges, and turning them into growth opportunities.What We’re Looking For Proven experience (4–6 years)in exports within anFMCG/ayurvedic/nuetracutical company(mandatory). Hands-on experience in handling export operations, client management, and regulatory compliance. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. Strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with modern tools for data, reporting, and client communication.
