Position : Motion designer


We're looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create engaging, high-impact motion designs for Inshorts Group Apps. The candidate should be proficient in reading, writing and speaking :


- Taking design briefs to understand requirements

- Create motion snippets to be used for various purposes like in-app showcasing, ads for user acquisition.

- Design high-quality creatives with great attention to detail and in line with the brand guidelines

- Manage timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery of assigned tasks

- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

Skills/Qualification :


- In-depth knowledge of typography, colour, space, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery

- Working knowledge of Adobe After effects (must), Photoshop (must), Illustrator (plus), Blender or any other tool of the same category (plus)

- Well versed in the required tools to work with a wide range of design styles

- Self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment - Deadline-oriented and efficient in managing multiple tasks at a time

- Strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
