Job Title: PMC Head Interior ProjectsLocation: Powai, MumbaiAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic PMC Head to lead and oversee all aspects of project management for our interior commercial projects. The role requires a detail-oriented leader with strong expertise in planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery within timelines, quality standards, and budgets.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution, and handover.- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP (Microsoft Project) and other project planning tools.- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.- Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works with proficiency in relevant MEP software.- Conduct regular site visits, review meetings, progress reporting, and provide corrective measures when required.- Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed parameters.- Lead the PMC team by providing guidance, mentorship, and performance Bachelors degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design (Masters degree preferred).- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in interiors (commercial/retail/corporate fit-outs).- Strong expertise in MSP (Microsoft Project) and MEP software/tools.- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget.- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.- Strong problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail and qualit (ref:iimjobs.com)
