We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, along with expertise in front-end and back-end technologies.

This role requires proficiency in building scalable, high-performance web applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications and services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Vue.js).

Front-end Development : Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

Back-end Development : Build robust and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, implementing security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Database Design and Integration : Design and optimize database schemas, and perform database operations using SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g. Hibernate, JPA), ensuring data integrity and performance.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for code coverage and quality assurance, using testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit, Mockito).

Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) : Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

Code Reviews : Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal application performance.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, architecture, and implementation details, and provide technical documentation and training to other team members.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 4 to 8 years of professional experience in full stack Java development.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Java programming language and Java EE/Spring frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).

- Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Prior experience in leading or mentoring junior developers.
