Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Spearhead BI architecture across domains using modular, scalable frameworks

- Develop data models (Snowflake schema) optimized for self-service analytics and reporting

- Design end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to support real-time and batch processing

Integration & Governance :

- Lead seamless integration of SAP, Salesforce, and third-party systems into Azure BI ecosystem

- Establish governance standards for metadata, lineage, and data quality

- Implement robust compliance and security protocols across BI platforms

Cloud & Visualization :

- Architect cloud-native BI stacks using Azure services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI)

- Enable report migration and modernization from legacy platforms to Power BI

- Optimize performance, scalability, and availability of BI assets

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration :

- Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to map analytics to outcomes

- Define agile delivery milestones and drive adoption across user communities

- Serve as the BI subject matter expert in steering committees and roadmap reviews
