The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in theTime Off module , configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support in global HR environments.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off module . Experience infull-cycle implementations , rollouts, and system enhancements. Strong knowledge of globalleave management, accruals, and absence policies . Expertise in configuringworkflows, notifications, and reporting . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with clients acrossmultiple geographiesis a plus Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and support ofSAP SuccessFactors EC – Time Off module . Configure time types, absence quotas, accrual rules, and leave workflows. Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific leave policies across geographies. Integrate Time Off with other SuccessFactors modules such asEmployee Central Payroll, Manager/Employee Self-Service, and Workflows . Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues. Train business users and maintain comprehensive documentation.
