Their customers base spans from individual savers and investors to some of the world’s biggest companies and government.Role DescriptionAs a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients or customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and maintain a positive image of the company. Provides high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving the customer query at first contact where possible. Takes ownership and initiative to complete necessary research and customer follow up or direct the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.Required Skills & QualificationExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.Understanding on CSAT and FCR ( Customer satisfaction survey & First call resolution)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not mandatory.Bachelor's degree/ If you are an undergraduate (10+2), 1 year of work experience is preferred.Flexible to work in UK/US shifts.Maximum CTC we can offer up to 6 LPA.Maximum work exp is 0 to 7yrs🗓 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face ( R2 )
