Responsibilities Design and deployAI agents and multi-agent systemsusing frameworks likeLangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Fine-tuneLLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, Gemini)usingLoRA/PEFTfor domain-specific applications. BuildRAG pipelinesintegrating proprietary data for context-aware responses. Develop predictive models forclassification, regression, clustering,andforecasting . Manageend-to-end ML lifecycle— from feature engineering and validation to deployment and monitoring. ImplementMLOps workflowsusingMLflow, Kubeflow , and deploy viaDocker & KubernetesonAWS/GCP/Azure . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliverproduction-grade AI solutions . Stay current with emerging research inLLMs, Agentic AI , and new frameworks. Hands-on withPython, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers . Experience withRAG, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) , andagent frameworks . Strong understanding oftransformers, attention mechanisms , andfine-tuning techniques . Familiar withCI/CD, MLOps, containerization (Docker/K8s) , andcloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; passionate aboutAI innovationand continuous learning.
