Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain scalable Java components and backend services for enterprise-level applications.

- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.

- Work hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), leveraging containerization and CI/CD pipelines as needed.

- Develop efficient data models and manage distributed NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.

- Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance complex system architectures for performance and reliability.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years Java development experience in backend/server-side roles.

- Experience with frameworks (Spring, Hibernate), source control (Git), and modern DevOps practices.

- Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for cloud specialization.

- Strong NoSQL knowledge (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) for appropriate specialization.

- Effective communicator, quick problem-solver, and agile team player.

Preferred Skills :

- Docker/Kubernetes, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tooling.

- Messaging frameworks (Kafka, RabbitMQ), scalable cloud-native systems.

- Advanced knowledge of design patterns and distributed computing.
