Think Right Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying scalable, data-driven solutions, working with both SQL and NoSQL databases, and collaborating with product and analytics teams to deliver high-quality, actionable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Pipeline Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and storage.

- Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and workflows in collaboration with senior data engineers.

Database Management :

- Support the management, optimization, and maintenance of relational and NoSQL databases.

- Assist in database schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.

Data Quality & Integrity :


- Monitor and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

- Identify and resolve data quality issues and implement data cleansing strategies.

Data Integration :

- Integrate data from various internal and external sources, APIs, and third-party providers.

- Support data migration and synchronization activities.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.

- Participate in team meetings, contribute to project discussions, and provide progress updates.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Document data engineering processes, workflows, and systems for maintainability.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and project status to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in data engineering, database management, or a related role.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in SQL with experience in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Knowledge of ML basics is desirable.

- Familiarity with data integration tools like Apache NiFi or Talend is a plus.

- Experience with AWS (Glue) and/or Azure Data Factory is desirable.

- Exposure to Big Data technologies and API development is a plus.
