We're looking for a driven Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop groundbreaking solutions in classical ML, NLP, and Deep Learning, revolutionizing global logistics. As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with lead Machine Learning Engineers to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning models. This role offers an opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to expand your skill set while making meaningful contributions to impactful projects.


Must have:

Has hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch) for tasks like classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing (NLP) Displays a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques. This includes knowledge of deep learning architectures, optimization algorithms, backpropagation, and hyperparameter tuning. Is comfortable debugging and analysing problems in a distributed system, including issues outside of their own sphere of technology. Has a penchant for simplicity and reliability. Is familiar with git and happy to have their contributions peer reviewed. Loves learning. Communicates clearly and kindly.

Good to Have: 

Knowledge of the Observability domain, understanding the context, and customizing the language model accordingly. Exposure to advanced imputation, feature engineering, re-training and hyper parameter tuning. Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Selecting features, building and optimizing machine learning algorithms that impact the business  Build and deploy machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytic.  Monitoring model performance and creating alerts for any data leakage Defining validation framework and establish a process to ensure acceptable data quality criteria. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to present complex concepts in easy-to-understand language. Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning.

Skills: Statistical Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data Science, Python or R (Programming Language), Data Analytics, Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
