Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software development team lead who has had extensive experience as a full-stack software developer and has managed small to medium-sized teams while delivering software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being a strong individual contributor while being able to mentor and guide other members of the team. They should also have demonstrated the ability to ensure that the team consistently meets timelines that were promised.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2 to 10 developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, quality assurance, and higher management.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using core PHP, modern JavaScript frameworks, and SQL.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with core PHP, building robust and scalable applications.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, building front-end applications.
  • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries, designing databases, and using Git for version control.
