Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach (, networking, cold calling, email).
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients for upselling and repeat business.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2-4 years in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Results-Driven: Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and achieving sales targets.
- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a target-driven environment.
- CRM & Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation platforms.
