What You Get to Do:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Ad Management: Manage and optimize Ads and other PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and achieve better results.
  • SEO Enhancement: Implement advanced SEO techniques to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to keep Oditly at the forefront of innovation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with company objectives and customer needs.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within a SaaS startup environment, demonstrating a proven track record in improving online visibility and lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and how they influence marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas tailored to a tech-savvy audience.
  • Technical knowledge of SEO practices, ad targeting, content management, and the ability to leverage software tools like WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketo to automate and scale marketing efforts.
  • Proficiency in managing advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Twitter Ads for comprehensive campaign management and optimization.
  • Experience with automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts across all platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of marketing in the tech and software industries, including rapid product evolution and a highly informed customer base.
  • Experience with inbound marketing techniques and the ability to utilize content to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to create a unified marketing strategy that drives growth.
