we are looking to hire Sr HR Recruiter to join our team.

Note:

1. IT recruiters - Domestic and International.
2. Min of 3 years of experience.

Must have hands on experience in sourcing tools like - Naukri and .

Responsibilities:

·      Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs.

·      Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

·      Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

·      Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

·      Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

·      Proven track record of successfully recruiting for IT roles such as software developers, engineers, data analysts, Automation testes, and consultants etc.

·      Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is Must.

·      Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

·      Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
