Job Summary :We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to design, build, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist who combines architectural thinking with hands-on coding excellence. Youll lead development efforts, mentor the team, and collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and secure web solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Remain actively hands-on with coding, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.- Drive the implementation of Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API integrations.- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end with Node.js/NestJS microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs.- Lead the end-to-end design and development of React and Next.js applications from architecture to deployment.- Define and enforce best practices for front-end architecture, scalability, performance, and security.- Implement responsive and accessible UI designs with focus on reusability and maintainability.- Mentor developers, review pull requests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture guidelines.- Partner with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design decisions and coding standards.Role Requirements and Qualifications :1. Core Front-End Expertise : - Expert in React.js and Next.js, with deep understanding of SSR, SSG, routing, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil). - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Advanced knowledge of modern UI development practices, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG).2. Backend & DevOps Exposure : - Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS for backend integration and microservice development.3.
