About Job:
As a Performance Marketing Associate, MOJO Social, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns for our clients using the MOJO Social platform. You will collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and create targeted, data-driven campaigns that deliver results. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media marketing and an interest in recruitment advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Design and Management
- Develop, launch, and manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, , and Google.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment objectives and create tailored campaign strategies that align with their goals.
- Utilize MOJO Social's programmatic tools to optimize ad placements, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using real-time analytics and reporting tools.
- Analyze key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-application (CPA) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize ROI for clients.
Client Collaboration
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations on campaign performance.
- Address client queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with MOJO Social services.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on leveraging social media for effective recruitment marketing.
Innovation and Best Practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recruitment advertising.
- Experiment with new strategies and ad formats to improve campaign outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and templates for efficient campaign management.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization.
- Experience in recruitment marketing is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
