As our Talent Alchemist, you’ll transform raw potential into dream teams by wielding a unique blend of charm, strategy, and matchmaking wizardry. Your role? To find, enchant, and onboard the rockstars for our clients who’ll shape their future.
What You’ll Do:
- Treasure Hunt for Talent: Scour the far corners of Naukri, , job boards, and coffee shops (yes, networking happens everywhere) to discover hidden gems.
- Psychic Matchmaker: Decipher resumes and personalities to align the perfect candidate with the right role and team.
- Pitch Like a Pro: Sell candidates on the magic of SB Consultants - convince them they’ve just discovered the career equivalent of winning the lottery.
- Interview Orchestrator: Coordinate interviews so seamless, candidates will wonder if they’re auditioning for a blockbuster.
- Data Whisperer: Keep tabs on metrics that matter—time to hire, candidate satisfaction, and how many people asked, “Is this for real?”
- Brand Builder Extraordinaire: Be the face (and sometimes the voice) of Sb Consultants across all hiring platforms.
- Professional Mind Reader: Anticipate concerns before they’re raised and address them like a psychic who’s also a project manager.
