We're creating a flywheel connecting developers and users that will transform how software is built and deployed.About the RoleWe're looking for founding engineers to help shape our core platform and technology from our Bangalore office. As an early team member, you'll have significant influence on our architecture, engineering practices, and company culture.What You'll Do- Design and build our AI agent orchestration system - Develop reliable, scalable infrastructure on AWS - Create responsive, intuitive interfaces using Next.js - Implement containerization strategies for software deployment - Collaborate on our AI agent framework and capabilities - Help establish engineering best practices and technical directionWhat We're Looking For- Strong experience with Next.js and modern React development - Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture - Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Background in building reliable, production systems - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLM integration - Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentRequirements- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience - Demonstrated experience with our core tech stack - Strong infrastructure and reliability engineering background - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving requirementsLocation- This position is based in Bangalore, IndiaWe're building something ambitious that will change how software is created and used.
