We are seeking an expert Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the social media and other digital marketing efforts for our clients, with innovative campaign strategies and a focus on maximizing ROI through strategic ad management. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in ads management platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with an analytical mindset, and possesses the creativity to leverage insights for optimizing campaigns across various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage proposals and comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and audience interests.
- Manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ads, and other relevant platforms), ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- Manage budgets efficiently, allocating spending strategically across campaigns and platforms to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify targeting opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in digital advertising technologies, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of minimum 3 years preferred, as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Creative mindset with experience in ad creative development, testing, and optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms preferred (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of conversion optimization, online customer acquisition strategies, and performance marketing metrics.
