Roles & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Integration Lead to join our team. As a Java Integration Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions including conversational AI integration with LLM models using Java :
  • Lead the design and development of Java-based integration solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts to define integration strategies and ensure proper integration across systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate LLM integration frameworks, tools, and technologies.
  • Design and develop APIs, web services, and messaging components for seamless integration.
  • Lead the implementation of integration patterns and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and execute integration test plans to ensure the reliability and stability of integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration and provide technical support to the development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and methodologies.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Java Integration Lead or a similar role.
  • 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Any working knowledge of BOT development would be added advantage.
  • Experience with API design, development, and management.
  • Deep knowledge of web services (RESTful and SOAP), messaging systems (JMS, RabbitMQ, Kafka), and data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or similar.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in delivering integration projects on time and within budget.
