A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting in the automobile domain, based in Hyderabad, is seeking Product Managers to work in the US shift (WFO mode).Key Responsibilities :- Deeply understand the needs of our customers through quantitative, qualitative and quant on qual methodologies. - Define a compelling product strategy for parts of our online auction platform or other novel products and services. - Set clear goals, working backwards from output metrics tied with our P&L to input levers that drive those metrics. Frame 80%+ of your initiatives around those goals. - Take ownership of roadmaps for those products and services - driving alignment and execution and building with a balanced understanding of customer needs biasing for concrete rather over vague return on investment estimates. - Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal, customer service, marketing and other leaders to enhance customer engagement and retention to plan and execute aggressively. Skills Required :- 3+ years of product or program management experience. - Strong orientation to and intuitive understanding of analytics. - Build thoughtful product requirements with clear user stories, interaction statements, and analytics event definitions. - Build and/or adapt to lightweight mechanisms such as Postmortems, BiWeekly Updates, MBRs and QBRs, to drive alignment and escalations across the business. - STEM degree with a preferred focus on either software engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering.- Clear writing and direct but polite communication (ref:hirist.tech)
