As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions.Role OverviewGenerate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.) Engage prospects to understand their property needs, investment preferences, and buying timelines Schedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales team Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and meeting targets Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates Provide feedback on lead sources, campaigns, and customer insightsKey Requirements / Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2-4years of experience in inside sales, real estate tele-calling, or lead generation Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi Strong persuasion and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM tools High energy, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales Ability to handle multiple leads and priorities efficientlyShare CVs on info@coreinvestments.org.in for more details.
