As an Accounting Sr. Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our India operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining proper internal controls, and providing analytical support to drive strategic decision-making


Responsibilities


● Preparation of the company’s financial statements and other financial and operating reports, performing appropriate financial analysis as per the India GAAP and global financial needs while respecting FEMA regulations

● Responsible for the monthly close and reporting to Corporate

● Prepare the annual and long-range financial plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

● Complete annual financial documents and work with compliance for tax filings ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

● Responsible for cash flow analysis and oversight of Accounts Receivable and Payable

● Provide protection and control of company assets

● Manage working capital, and maintain balance sheet integrity

● Prepare special financial and statistical reports, and analyze unusual items or trends

● Perform special projects as apparent or assigned

● Provide sufficient information to ensure proper tax and audit compliance

● Provide data for monthly/ quarterly GST/TDS returns and related payments

● Leverage and synthesize sales, prospecting, and client data to provide insights and recommendations

● Together with the International finance team, lead the development of systems and procedures in compliance with local laws, corporate governance, standard accounting practices and business needs


Preferred Skills


● Chartered Accountant (CA) with a master’s degree in Commerce or a relevant field

● 6 years of accounting experience, including month-end close

● Minimum 3 years of experience with automated accounting systems like Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other large automated accounting systems is a plus

● Good knowledge of AP/AR/GL and able to handle bookkeeping independently

● Deep knowledge in India GAAP and US GAAP

● Minimum 7-10 years of experience in cost center management, India GST, and statutory laws

● Strong financial reporting systems skills (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

● Proficiency in MS Office and Internet applications

● Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously

● Well-versed in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

● Experience in the IT Staffing & Services industry is highly desirable

● Strong financial reporting and analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present insights

● Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● High level of personal integrity to inspire confidence, respect, and trust.
