We are building a high-energy movement, and we need a skilled and dynamic Videographer to capture the speed, excitement, and passion of Padel across our facilities and events. You won't just be filming; you'll be creating the hero moments that define the sport in India.This is a hands-on role for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to nail an action shot, and turns raw footage into engaging, viral content.Ready to capture the Padel story in motion?The Game Plan: Your Role as VideographerThis is a technical and creative execution role where you will be responsible for end-to-end video production—from setting up complex court shots under challenging lighting to delivering polished, short-form edits. You will be the primary visual architect for all action-focused content across our brand and platforms.Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:Technical Production & Cinematography- Action Expert: Confidently shoot high-quality video (ideally with 3–4 years of professional experience), with a focus on sports/action sequences. A strong reel is an absolute must. - Gear Guru: Proficient with professional camera systems (Sony/Canon/Blackmagic). Confident in shooting 100–240 frames per second (fps) for slow-motion mastery. - Lighting Master: Expertly manage technical settings, including shutter angle and anti-flicker protocols under LED court lights and challenging nighttime conditions. - Set Competency: Exhibit solid skills in three-point lighting (key/fill/rim, practicals), audio capture, and maintaining impeccable file hygiene on set.Post-Production & Storytelling- Editing Pro: Expertly edit, color grade, and finalize video projects using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. - Motion Basics: Confidently apply motion graphics basics in Adobe After Effects for elements like scoreboards, timers, and lower-thirds/supers. - Narrative Focus: Demonstrate a strong story sense for short-form content, nailing the pacing, hooks, and cinematic eye required to capture "hero moments" (volleys, smashes, player celebrations).Operations & Logistics- Flexible Availability: Be comfortable working evenings and weekends to cover prime time and match peaks, and efficiently travel between different Padel court locations.Bonus Skills (The Extra Serve)We are eager to see skills in any of the following areas:- Rapid Content Creation: Proficiency in using tools like CapCut for quick social media reels TAT. - Live Coverage: Competency in OBS or streaming setup for live match broadcasts. - Visual Versatility: Skills in professional sports photography are highly valued. - Advanced Tech: Experience with video creation using AI tools and/or certified Drone operations (licensed).Why You'll Love Being on Our Team- Dynamic Subject: Film one of the most exciting and visually engaging sports in the world—Padel is action-packed and ideal for video. - Creative Freedom: Capture and define the visual identity of a rapidly growing brand and sports league in India. - See Your Work Everywhere: Your footage will be the face of our brand, driving engagement across social media and media platforms. - Work Hard, Play Hard: Join a fun, high-energy team that values hard work and, of course, friendly competition on the courtThink you have the technical skill and creative eye to capture the Padel story?
