The Land Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential sites for renewable energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include conducting land use planning, performing market research, managing acquisitions, and analyzing financial implications of land deals. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.Qualifications Proficiency in Land Use Planning and Market Research Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of Acquisitions Knowledge of Finance related to land deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Relevant experience in land acquisition renewable energy project or real estate Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines Experience in renewable energy sector is must
