Job Summary :

We are seeking an Edge Computing Engineer to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of 5G, cloud-edge integration, and AI at the edge. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in distributed computing, real-time data processing, and integration of AI workloads at the edge for high-performance, low-latency Responsibilities :- Edge Solution Development: Design and implement scalable edge computing architectures leveraging 5G networks and cloud-edge integration.

- AI/ML at Edge: Deploy and optimize AI/ML models on edge devices for real-time inference and analytics.

- Cloud-Edge Orchestration: Integrate edge platforms with cloud systems (AWS IoT Greengrass, Azure IoT Edge, Google Edge TPU, etc.) for seamless data and workload management.

- Low-Latency Systems: Develop and tune edge solutions to support ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC) for IoT, AR/VR, Industry 4.0, and smart city applications.

- Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols, data privacy, and compliance standards in edge deployments.

- Collaboration: Work closely with network engineers, AI developers, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Performance Optimization: Monitor, debug, and optimize edge systems for high availability and reliability.

- Innovation: Research and adopt emerging technologies in 5G, edge AI accelerators, containers (K3s, Docker), and edge orchestration frameworks (KubeEdge, OpenNESS, ETSI Skills & Qualifications :

- 36 years of experience in edge computing, cloud integration, and AI/ML deployment.

- Strong understanding of 5G architecture, MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing), and IoT ecosystems.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, KubeEdge).

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch Mobile, OpenVINO, NVIDIA Jetson, etc.).

- Knowledge of real-time data processing (Kafka, MQTT, EdgeX Foundry, etc.).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their edge services.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance-tuning to Have :

- Experience in AR/VR, autonomous systems, industrial automation, or smart city projects.

- Knowledge of edge security protocols, Zero Trust models, and data privacy frameworks.

- Exposure to hardware accelerators (GPU, TPU, FPGA) for edge AI.
