Position Overview :


As an Enterprise Solution Manager at Flynaut, you will oversee the end-to-end IT management project lifecycle, ensuring all activities align with the project plan.

You will act as the primary liaison between Flynaut and stakeholders, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.

The role demands expertise in infrastructure design, disaster recovery planning, and program management to drive customer experience, service delivery, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities :


Project Management & Oversight :


- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Monitor project progress and align deliverables with Flynaut's strategic goals.

- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential project delays or disruptions.

Customer Experience & Stakeholder Communication :


- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns proactively.

Drive initiatives to improve CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Scores) by optimizing IT service delivery.

Infrastructure & Solution Architecture :


- Architect robust IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on cloud security, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.


- Plan and execute scalable and secure infrastructure that meets organizational and client needs.

Service Delivery Excellence :


- Ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence across all IT management processes.

- Establish and monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to maintain high-quality standards.

Business & Digital Transformation :


- Develop and implement IT strategies to enable business transformation and innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.

CMMS Tools & Processes :


- Lead the implementation and management of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).


- Optimize CMMS workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications :


Experience & Education :


- 5+ years of relevant experience in IT project management, infrastructure design, or enterprise solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Technical Expertise :


- Proficiency in Cloud Security and Cybersecurity strategies.

- Demonstrated expertise in Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure Planning & Execution.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMMS tools and processes.

Soft Skills :


- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Certifications (Preferred) :


- ITIL Certification.

- PMP (Project Management Professional).

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
