About Aneha Aneha is an emerging startup dedicated to designingsustainable adult and baby wearmade fromnaturally dyed organic fabrics . We are looking for aBaby Wear Associate Designerto collaborate on our baby wear collection and bring creativity, functionality, and sustainability together in every design.Key Responsibilities Conductmarket research and trend analysisto identify emerging baby wear trends. Createsketches and technical drawingsusing CAD software. Assist infabric and trim sourcingand selection. Participate infittingsand provide constructive feedback on garment construction and fit. Support the team throughout theend-to-end design and production process , from concept to final product. Conductperiodic vendor visitstoTirupurfor monitoring progress and quality. Engage inin-person discussionswith the co-founders for design alignment and collection updates. Stay current withindustry trends and competitor collections .Qualifications Bachelor’s degreein Fashion Design or a related field. 2+ years of experiencein baby wear design. Strongaesthetic senseand keenattention to detail . Proficient incomputer-aided design (CAD)software. Good understanding ofgarment construction and sewing techniques . Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and time managementskills. Ability towork independentlyin a hybrid setup while meeting deadlines. Awareness ofsustainability and current fashion trends .Additional Requirements Must have access to apersonal laptop or computer system .Interview Process Shortlisted candidates will undergo aninitial interview , followed by asample design task(sketch or CAD) before the final selection.Work Mode:Hybrid– Primarily remote, with in-person visits to vendors and co-founders for progress reviews and catch-upsEmployment Type- Full-time/Contract (1 month project, extendable)Join Anehato create thoughtful, organic baby wear that blends comfort, sustainability, and modern design — redefining conscious fashion from the first stitch.
