The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI/ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications. LeverageAI/ML-powered tools(e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Functionize, or custom AI solutions) to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation. Implementself-healing test scriptsto reduce test maintenance effort. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines. Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks. IntegrateAI-based test data generationand predictive analytics to optimize coverage. Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices and AI-driven testing methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–8 years of experience inTest Automationand Quality Assurance. Proficiency in automation tools/frameworks:Selenium, TestNG/JUnit . Strong programming skills inPython, Java . Experience withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Hands-on knowledge ofAI/ML-based test automation tools(Applitools, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, etc.). Familiarity withcloud-based testing platforms(BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Strong understanding ofAPI testing(Postman) andperformance testing(JMeter). Knowledge ofAI conceptssuch as NLP, anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and generative AI for QA is a plus.Preferred Skills Experience withself-healing test automation frameworks . Exposure toGenAI (LLMs)for test case generation and automation. Knowledge ofmicroservices testingand containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience inshift-left testingand TestOps practices.Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
