Role- Frontend Developer Team Lead


Summary -

  • Shift Timings- Day Shift


Job Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage a team of Frontend developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship

• Oversee the entire Frontend development process, including project planning, requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

• Assign tasks and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Review code, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork

• Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers

• Development of Web Pages from Scratch and RWD (Responsive Web Design)

• The TL will work both independently and in collaboration with other co-TLs and the Sales team, contributing to project pitches from a technical perspective.


Requirements-

• Proficiency front-end languages and libraries (e.g, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, leading a team of developers.

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
