Job Title: Branch Sales Manager – Used Car Loan
Location: Ghaziabad
CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Product: Used Car Loan

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales (preferably in Used Car Loan/Auto Loan segment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage branch sales team to achieve monthly targets.

  • Drive business through direct sourcing and dealer network.

  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and channel partners.

  • Ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and analyze branch performance to improve productivity.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate/PG with 3+ years’ experience in Used Car Loan or similar loan products.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Knowledge of local market and dealer network in Ghaziabad.
